Plastic tubing

Teesing supplies many different sizes and shaped or coiled plastic hoses. In consultation with our Sales Engineers the most appropriate hose and optionally the associated connection will be selected, depending on the application. Available hose materials are:

• LDPE (low-density polyethylene)
• PA (polyamide)
• PU/PUR (polyurethane)
• PTFE of Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene)
• FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene)
• PFA (perfluoroalkoxy alkanes)
• PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride)
• Dekabon of (metal/plastic composite)
• PVC (polyvinyl chloride).

Multicore plastic tubing

The use of multicore tubing instead of several individual hoses has increased for the transmission of measurements and regular pulses over longer distances. Multicore hoses reduce assembly time and greatly reduce the costs, inspection and space. From 1 to 37 tubes can be used in a bundle.

Tubing for ultra-high-purity applications

Teesing delivers pre-curved or coiled PU or PUR hoses for ultra-high-purity applications. PU tubing has excellent bending properties with little distortion, even after prolonged stress conditions. The hose remains flexible, even at low temperatures, and is resistant to abrasion.

We also supply complete hose assemblies with customer-specific connections, double wrapped and cleaned.
