Bulk gas purifiers

Full flow systems - Automatic regeneration - High flow

Bulk gas cleaning means large flow rates and long life. And it means that OPEX is at least as important as CAPEX. For some 20 years, Teesing has supplied a complete range of purifiers to large industrialists with capacities up to tens of thousands of nm3/h, at operating pressures up to 350 barg. The output purity can be 9N or better at an input purity of 5N.

We offer versions built for installation in unprotected or protected environments according to international standards such as ATEX, ASME, PED. The materials of the products are fully traceable and come with the applicable certificates.

Purification after filtering

Our typical customers with bulk gas purifiers are gas suppliers and semiconductor industries. Installations typically deal with large flows of O₂, N₂, Ar, H₂ or CDA.
Impurities removed are typically H₂O, CO₂, CH₄, NMHC. In the semiconductor industry, bulk purification is typically used as a production facility for purifying incoming gases.

continuous purification

Most bulk purifier applications require 24/7 availability for which we provide a dual system, with fully automated bed-switching and regeneration purifier, controlled by a PLC.

The purifier uses adsorption vessels that alternately purify and regenerate, providing a continuous purification process. The adsorption vessels are regenerated by backwashing with purified process gas at an elevated temperature.
