Purifier regeneration
We are happy to supply you with new purifiers. We have an extensive program that runs from 0,1 nlpm for point-of-use laboratory applications to bulk purifiers that can handle a flow of up to 20.000 nm3/h. But often buying new is not necessary and regeneration is the better option. But often buying new is not necessary and regeneration is the better option.
For 70 years Teesing has been thinking about gas and liquid systems for countless applications. That means we have encountered most gas purity situations before. We are happy to put that experience to work for your process.
The regeneration process eliminates all contaminants and the service life after regeneration is identical to that of a new gas purifier. Just let us know what process the purifier was used in, purge the used purifier and send it to our regeneration lab. It's that simple. The advantages of regenerating a purifier:
- Maximum return on investment. Regeneration saves 60-70% compared to the purchase of new purifiers.
- Regenerated purifiers have the same specifications as a new one.
- No costs for removal of hazardous material.
- The environmentally friendly solution.
- Regeneration in the Netherlands is faster and gives no problems with shipping, because most granules fall under classification "dangerous goods" and therefore cannot be shipped by air freight.
- Your process can continue during regeneration if you use drop-in replacements. Also for other brands like Saes and Integris. You use a newly delivered purifier when your purifier is regenerated by us.

Reduced regeneration lead times
We know that every minute without your purifier installation is a moment when your gas supply system is not functioning. For mission critical purifier systems, we can have the purifier picked up by courier and start your regeneration immediately. In doing so, we get your purifier system back up and running as quickly as possible.
Regulating purifiers with a service subscription
The need for regeneration is predictable and occurs at regular intervals during the purifier's lifetime. It is possible to set up a maintenance schedule to ensure you always have process gas of the purity your process needs.
What type of purifiers can Teesing regenerate?
Not all purifiers are suitable for regeneration. Especially purifiers of the getter type are not regenerable. More information about the different types of purifiers can be found here:

Are installed directly at the place of the consumer. Usually with a flow rate of 0.1-100 slpm.
